Know Me
Dr. Hanna Cespedes is the practice owner, Approved Clinical Supervisor, and Licensed Professional Counselor at Pacifica Counseling & Psychiatry. She earned her doctoral degree in Counseling from Mercer University and brings extensive experience in trauma-informed and attachment-based care.
​
Dr. Cespedes works closely with trauma survivors and high-achieving individuals navigating the emotional, relational, and professional impacts of trauma. Many of her clients present as highly functional externally while internally managing anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, attachment wounds, and unresolved life experiences.
​
Her clinical specialties include attachment-based therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and integrative trauma-informed care. She works with individuals, couples, and groups using a relational, depth-oriented, and individualized approach that emphasizes emotional safety, insight, and sustainable change.
​
Dr. Cespedes provides therapy both in person and via telehealth. She offers in-person sessions at the Rochester, Minnesota office and virtual services across all Georgia locations, including Peachtree Corners and Macon.
