Know Me

Jackson is a Master’s-level clinician who earned his degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Richmont Graduate University and is currently working toward full licensure as a professional counselor. He has experience supporting individuals with anxiety, trauma, addiction, and male mental health concerns, as well as clients navigating life stressors and identity development.

Jackson has a particular interest in working with young adults and men, helping them explore emotional awareness, purpose, and healthier ways of relating to themselves and others. He also integrates faith-based interventions for clients who desire a spiritual perspective as part of their healing journey.

His therapeutic approach is relational and client-centered, drawing from DBT, narrative therapy, and person-centered frameworks. Jackson believes the counseling relationship itself is foundational to growth and healing. His work focuses on fostering understanding and acceptance, reframing personal narratives, building practical coping skills, and supporting meaningful, values-driven change in a compassionate and supportive space.

Jackson currently serves individuals experiencing anxiety, trauma, and male mental health concerns. He frequently works with young adults and clients interested in faith integration and is continuing to expand his work with neurodivergent populations and individuals navigating sports-related challenges.

He currently offers in-person sessions at our Macon, Georgia office. Interested in learning more about Jackson’s approach? Book a consultation below.
