Attachement Therapy

Our early relationships shape how we connect, trust, and see ourselves. Attachment Therapy helps you understand your attachment style and build more secure, fulfilling relationships.

The Four Attachment Styles:

  • Secure: Comfortable with closeness and independence; able to trust and communicate openly.

  • Anxious: Craves reassurance and fears abandonment, often feeling “not enough.”

  • Avoidant: Values independence and may withdraw from emotional connection.

  • Disorganized: Mix of anxious and avoidant patterns—wants closeness but fears it.

Through this approach, your therapist helps you feel safe, explore patterns, and form healthier relationships with others and yourself.
