Know Me

Eliza holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Mercer University and is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC). She brings experience across a range of treatment settings, including outpatient, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and residential levels of care.

Eliza specializes in trauma-informed care, eating disorder recovery, substance use disorders, mood disorders, OCD, and family therapy. She also provides autism and ADHD assessments, with a growing interest in working with young professionals, families, and individuals navigating major life transitions.

Her therapeutic approach is collaborative, client-centered, and strengths-based. Eliza integrates Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and narrative-based interventions to help clients regulate emotions, gain insight, and create meaningful, sustainable change. She works with clients to examine and rewrite the stories they hold about themselves while building practical coping skills, resilience, and a stronger sense of self.

Eliza currently serves individuals and families and is interested in expanding her work with geriatric populations and young professionals. She offers sessions in person at the Peachtree Corners office and virtually through the Macon office.
